After winning 10 medals between them (6 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze) American gymnasts Simone Biles, 19, Aly Raisman, 22, and Madison Kocian, 19, definitely deserved a little beach down time in Rio.

And that’s exactly what the three of them got as they spent Saturday on Rio’s Barra da Tijuca beach rocking bikinis, acting goofy and making everyone who doesn’t exercise enough feel terrible about themselves.

I mean, seriously, how many freaking crunches and sit-ups do these ladies do? I feel like a freaking slob of a human being just looking at them. Maybe I’ll have another doughnut to make myself feel better.

Usain Bolt appears to have enjoyed himself while in Rio on his 30th birthday.

Last night, the Jamaican sprinter was put on blast after a Rio groupie named Jady Duarte shared a pic of him in bed with her on social media.

It appears Duarte wasn’t the only woman to catch Bolt’s attention that night. Hours before Bolt allegedly too Duarte took his room he was seen grinding with some random chick at the club.

Usain Bolt has been dating a 26-year-old named Kasi Bennett for almost three years now and the two obviously have a very special relationship considering how much she tweeted and Instagrammed about him during the Olympics.

Bolt has even gone on record talking about her, saying that he preferred to keep their relationship relatively private to avoid her being harassed.

“I have explained to her that when it comes out, it’s not going to be as she thinks it’s going to be,” said Bolt. “A lot of people will try to attack her, so I tell her to just take it easy and let’s make sure that you’re ready for this.”

However, that didn’t stop him and Bennett from making out in public during a parade down in Kingston back in April…

Well, the relationship, thanks to the Olympics, is definitely out now and so are a couple of stories that allege Bolt wasn’t exactly faithful to Bennett while completing his triple-triple down in Brazil. Maybe they just have one of those cool “open” relationships that I could never, ever pull off.

As for what drew Bolt to Bennett to begin with, well, let’s just say he’s a butt man, “One of the things that stands out is the buttocks area,” admitted Bolt. “That’s what really attracts me. I date mostly curvaceous woman.”

A couple years ago, pre-The Fappening and Entourage movie and what not, I hung out with Emily Ratajkowski at Comic-Con. She’s a pretty chill human being. She digs Italian food and love to crush a good burrata (the cheese, you uncultured jagoffs) along with some killer prosciutto.

I don’t know why, but I was thinking about this interview earlier today while standing outside my favorite chicken wing shop. If I were to interview her again, I think I’d grill her about pizza and all-American comfort foods. Like, there’s no doubt she has some awesome spots for chicken wings and pizza in her travels, right?

The last time we saw breathtaking model Kelly Gale she was celebrating her 20th birthday topless on a beach.

The captivating Kayla, who is a radiologist technician, has it in her blood to catch critters since her father is a professional trapper.

“I’m not scared of them at all,” Kayla told the Mirror. “They’re just like any other pet.”

The 24-year-old has even wrestled with a 12-foot alligator.

First off, I guess I didn’t realize that Sports Illustrated actually was doing a model search where they crowned a winner. Sure, I have seen some of their “casting call” videos this summer, but I didn’t know it would end with one model being chosen above all others.

Turns out that was exactly what they were doing and they have named model Mia King as the winner of their search.

Now I had never heard of Mia Kang before today, but damn, Sports Illustrated, well done.

A little digging and I found out that Kang was born in Hong Kong and now splits her time between there, Korea and the United Kingdom. Talk about your exotic beauties. She’s half Korean, half British and all SEXY.

She also likes to surf, has a master’s degree in finance, and loves the NBA (Lakers and Knicks in particular). So remember how that backup dancer named Casper weaseled his way into the arms of one of the true goddesses of the world? The dude was like ‘Hell ya I can do the Macarena’ and she was like ‘Oh that’s hot, let’s stay together for far too long and become a befuddling couple that everybody but us will see ending before marriage because I’m old enough to be your mother.’
