Growing up with all brothers, I’ve spent a good portion of my life believing that girls do not poop and that farts are a foreign concept to the female species. Granted, I’m also someone who believed the Tooth Fairy was real until I was like 16, but for many of my formative years I can’t remember hearing, smelling, or seeing a butt burp or anal snake from a lady. At least the Tooth Fairy left 25 cents as evidence of her existence.

Now, I know their clever tricks: pooping before a shower while the water runs, farting after a man to piggyback on the smell while owning none of the responsibility, etc. Nice try, ladies.

It’s only a matter of time before women are as disgusting with their bowel movements are their counter-species. And if anyone is going to lead that trend, it’s supermodel Kate Upton.

In an interview with Well & Good, Upton revealed her predilection for colonics. If you are unfamiliar with the process, a colonic, also known as colonic irrigation, is a medical procedure that involves a tube being inserted into one’s rectum. The tube transports water into the body and cleans out the colon and large intestine of any waste that’s been left behind.

“I’m also a big believer in colonics. Not only does it make you feel better — especially with all of the bad food I put in my body—but [I feel like] it helps cleanse you of any stress or any feelings you’ve been holding onto,” Upton said. “I’ve noticed a big change in everything — in my skin, my attitude, everything. You learn a lot about your body. I highly recommend it.”

Upton said that she starts every morning by having a glass of water with lemon at room temperature to get her digestion going before pounding a black coffee. I think I pooped just typing that.

Colonic irrigation, which has been praised by the likes of Gwen Stefani, Liv Tyler and Gisele Bundchen, is supposed to have therapeutic benefits by removing toxins, boosting your energy and enhancing your immune system.

But, according to the Mayo Clinic, there’s no evidence that colon cleansing produces these effects. In which case, Upton is sticking a tube up her butt for jack shit. Pun intended.

You may remember 33-year-old actress Noureen DeWulf from such shows as Anger Management and Hockey Wives. Or perhaps you recall seeing her in films like Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and The Back-up Plan. Or maybe, just maybe, you have no freaking clue who she is at all. Hey, it’s possible.

That might be because DeWulf hasn’t done a whole lot of acting recently and has instead been spending much of her time chilling with the son she had in 2015 with her Vezina Trophy winning husband Ryan Miller.

How fortuitous for us that there was someone there on the beach with a camera handy to document her hanging out in a bikini, huh? Then again, following her around taking pictures isn’t the worst way to make a living.

Shocking revelation: A celebrity couple with two totally different schedules and temptations round every corner has decided to part ways.

Gold medalist Aly Raisman and former NFL tight end Colton Underwood have ended their relationship after six months of dating, which in celebrity terms, is close to a lifetime.

“We’re taking a break right now,” Underwood confirmed to the Lincoln Journal Star recently. “We’re still good friends and talk, but all that travel had been a nightmare.”

You bros may remember the 25-year-old Underwood suavely shooting his shot with the most decorated gymnast ever via a live video Q&A last August. The former Raiders tight end was introduced to Raisman through teammate and mutual friend, Andrew East, who is married to retired gymnast Shawn Johnson.

On top of training in Colorado and his girlfriend residing in Massachusetts, Underwood said the media attention was difficult to overcome.

“It put a lot of pressure on us, sure, but we had fun with it. A lot of fun date nights,” he said. “Those six months were great.”

As they say, one man’s trash is another’s treasure. Aka we can all enjoy these pictures of the stunning Raisman and tell ourselves we have a chance. Or at least a better chance than yesterday.

Because the stars aligned perfectly with Jennifer Lawrence having a new movie coming out, the scary-looking film Mother!, and Vogue also happening to be celebrating its 125th anniversary we have now been treated to a new photo shoot featuring one of our favorite actresses.

The folks over at Vogue were so excited to have J-Law on their cover that they decided to not just do one of them, but four different covers featuring the Hunger Games star. Here’s a little peek at how and why they did it, along with a little dose of the usual Jennifer Lawrence sense of humor.

Which one do you like best? I think I am partial to the second one with the gold dress. Love her hair in that one.

Katy Perry has been on quite a roll lately dropping truth bombs all over the place about dating, sex and relationships as she gears up for her big concert tour. She ranked her exes Orlando Bloom, John Mayer and Diplo on how good they were in bed (to which both Diplo and John Mayer responded), she discussed THOSE pics of her and Orlando Bloom paddle boarding, and now she’s dropped even more “keeping it 100” knowledge in a new interview for W magazine.

In the interview Perry says that, for the most part, she gets her ideas for songs three different ways: Transcendental Meditation, during a massage or while showering.

When asked if she sings her own songs in the shower she responded…

No. I make up songs. Or I go, “I like to move it, move it.” I’ve had several sing-offs with boyfriends. That’s very fun — singing in the shower and scrubbing!

So she’s into singing in the shower and scrubbing with her boyfriends. Hang on while I jot that down. Okay…back!

As for whether she’s digging her new short haircut, yeah, she is, bros…

Everything is more fun with short hair! I can just get up and go. I feel so liberated with this hair now. In general, I feel 360-degrees liberated — all around. Whether it’s politically, mentally, spiritually, sexually. I feel liberated from all the things that don’t serve me.

Umm, awesome…I guess.

Later in the interview Perry was also asked about her first kiss and it sounded like it was an incredibly unpleasant experience…

My first French kiss was in sixth grade in Big Bear, California. I was hanging out with this girl from church who had a bit of a reputation. She had a coed party, and I was not allowed to go to a coed party until eighth grade. But I went anyway. At the party, we played spin the bottle. It got to be my turn, and I spun the bottle, and, all of a sudden, I felt like there was a wet fish in my mouth. That was my first kiss. When you’re in sixth grade, there’s no art to French kissing. There’s no cadence, no beautiful up and down, no waves. Instead, it just feels like your mouth is getting invaded by a slug.

First we had WWE Superstar Lana (a.k.a. CJ Perry) doing a cool new bikini photo shoot. Then it was WWE Superstar Emma (a.k.a. Tenille Dashwood) who did a scintillating swimsuit shoot. (Wish these women could just use their real names, but I digress.) And now two-time WWE Divas Champion Maryse has done a sizzling new shoot of her own. (At least her name is real: Maryse Mizanin, she’s the real life wife of Triple Crown WWE Champion The Miz.)

Of course, seeing Maryse in a bikini is nothing new, she was Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada in 2003 and just like Perry and Dashwood her Instagram account is also littered with bikini pics.

This also isn’t Maryse’s first go-round doing bikini shoots for the WWE. Check out these videos from back in the day…

I have to admit, Maryse has been quite the addition to the WWE roster since her return in 2016 after leaving the company back in 2011. She and The Miz have shown to be a pretty fantastic pair both in and out of the ring. I had my doubts about them working together, it just seemed like a recipe for relationship disaster, but so far so good.

On Wednesday we shared a story about how a BBC news segment was interrupted by a staffer watching what we thought was an adult film in the background of the telecast. Naturally, video of the snafu went viral on the internet and people got a great laugh at the BBC’s expense.

Little did we know that (a) it was not actually an adult film that the staffer was watching and (b) one of those people who got a great laugh out of it was actress Anna Paquin.

Why did Anna Paquin get such a big kick out of it? Because the naked woman on the screen in the background of the news segment was actually HER in a scene from True Blood.

I am sure that most, if not all of you, are very familiar with 24-year-old singer Tinashe. Her debut studio album Aquarius did quite well when it was released back in 2014 and since then she’s already put out two more successful albums, Nightride and Joyride. Plus, she did that cool music video with Britney Spears awhile back for their song “Slumber Party.”

Heck, for that matter, when she went on tour to promote her three albums she opened for Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry and Maroon 5, so there’s a halfway decent chance that some of you have even seen her perform live.

What I did not know about Tinashe is that she has been modeling and acting since she was three-years-old. I also did not know that it was her who did the motion-capture modeling for the girl in the film Polar Express with Tom Hanks. And I also did not realize that was her playing Jake’s girlfriend Celeste on Two and a Half Men back in 2008 and 2009.

So basically, Tinashe has been a life-long entertainer in one fashion or another and now, based on this new photo shoot she did for Galore, she can also add bikini modeling to the list of things she’s good at on her ever-growing resume. Must be nice to have so much talent.

At this point I am not even 100% sure that Salma Hayek is an actual human being and not some sort of android sent back here from the future. Not only does the 50-year-old appear to have stopped aging somewhere around her late twenties, she’s still got the energy, drive and passion of someone around that same age as well.

I mean, just look at her here “having dinner” over at Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s house.

“When your friends invite you for dinner and you end up doing all the work,” she captioned the photo which clearly, and rightfully so, shows her Hitman’s Bodyguard co-star Reynolds applauding in the background.

As if that wasn’t enough, Hayek said in a recent interview with The Edit…

“I am better with exercise, I am better with food, but I am still not where I should be; I am getting older and I still don’t have the discipline. I always find excuses for myself – and they’re all brilliant, by the way. I will sometimes say, ‘I am 50 years old! Why do I have to look good? I already got my guy!’”

She also said that, to her, the worst part of the aging process is not wrinkles, like the rest of us mere mortals, but her eyes. “I’m such a visual person and [now] I cannot read without depending on glasses, and I lose them everywhere,” said Hayek. “I never hear other people complaining about their glasses. I really resent having to depend on my glasses to look at the world. It has been really, really sad.”

And yet, here she was over the weekend, in a bikini looking like, as I said, someone about half her age…

One of her other co-stars in The Hitman’s Bodyguard, Samuel L. Jackson, knows what I mean…

“Sam you are supposed to be looking at the camera when we get our picture taken,” Hayek captioned the photo.

Back in March of 2016 we mourned the loss of having Victoria’s Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel going on hiatus from her job of wearing lingerie professionally because she was pregnant with her first child.

Then in January of this year, several months after giving birth birth to a son, Anacã, the 28-year-old Swanepoel announced she was well on her way back to modeling by sharing a couple of bikini pictures on her Instagram account.

Now, almost a year-and-a-half later we finally have confirmation that Candice Swanepoel is officially back on the modeling grind with a brand new Western-themed photo shoot for Victoria’s Secret. Giddyup!

Last we heard about Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and his dating life he was reportedly seeing SI Swimsuit model slash golf guru slash Baywatch star Kelly Rohrbach. Something that was allegedly making Rodgers’ ex-girlfriend Olivia Munn both “terrified” and “furious.” (Though it seems to me that she’s been doing just fine without him, thank you very much.)

Well, now apparently Aaron Rodgers and Kelly Rohrbach are no more (or never were, depending on who you believe). At least according to a new report by Page Six which says Rodgers, 33, has a new love interest in his cross-hairs.

Her name is Marie Margolius, a 24-year-old soccer player who graduated from Harvard in 2015 and then went on to play professionally for Ope IF in Sweden.

Rodgers was spotted on a date with soccer player Marie Margolius at the Martignetti brothers’ Upper East Side celebrity haunt the East Pole on Sunday night.

“They arrived at around 10 p.m. and seemed to be on a date. He wore a baseball cap and asked for the quietest, most out-of-the-way table possible. His hat was tilted down. It definitely seemed like he wanted to be incognito,” an insider told us.

The athletic duo sat close to each other in a quiet booth and feasted on cheeseburgers and monkfish and drank malbec and pinot noir. We’re told they ended the evening by sipping espresso and strolling together down the street.

Malbec and pinot noir? I wonder if that’s a part of Rodgers’ “drastic” new lifestyle changes?

When you think of Leonardo DiCaprio what comes to mind? His acting skills? His activism? His memorable characters he has portrayed in the movies? His beautiful girlfriends? If you fancy the latter, you are in luck because Leo is said to have a new gal pal. She certainly checks off a lot of boxes of the typical DiCaprio girlfriend: Gorgeous – Check. Model – Check. Under 25 – Check. Except this young woman is not blonde, a characteristic of most of the Hollywood actor’s flames.

DiCaprio was spotted with stunning 23-year-old brunette model Lorena Rae as reports Page Six.

On Monday, the “Great Gatsby” actor was seen with Rae and a male pal having lunch at Hillstone on Park Avenue, where, a spy tells us, “they seem like an item,” and, “They walked out together, he pulled down his hat over his eyes.” A witness also spotted them at MoMA PS1 on Monday, from which she posted photos on Instagram. Rae was also seen Citi Biking with DiCaprio and his crew last week, but sources say the pair has known one another for a while. Rae was also pictured hanging out with DiCaprio and his entourage in Monaco at the end of May. Rae also appeared in July aboard a yacht in photos with DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and pals in St-Tropez.

However, a rep for DiCaprio stated that “they’re not dating.” Is Leo ever technically “dating?” Whatever Leo and the attractive Lorena Rae are doing, there is no disputing that she is absolutely breathtaking.

Kate Upton, as we have well-chronicled here on BroBible.com, is a big fan of working out. Or, at the very least, posting videos to her Instagram account of herself working out. So I guess because social media is how most celebrity jobs are parsed out now Upton is featured on the cover of this month’s issue of Shape magazine.

In her cover story the still only 25-year-old Upton talks a little bit about her new movie, The Layover with her potential sister-in-law Alexandra Daddario, which is in theaters now (no, really it is, go check the listings). Upton also admits that some of her favorite things are going out to dinner, drinking wine, and eating french fries and chocolate. Oh yeah, she also talks about exercise and weight training because she’s an expert on it now or something…I don’t know.

Here’s how the article starts…

Kate Upton prides herself on being a badass. The 25-year-old model and actress can push a sled with 500-pound weights across the floor, no problem, and does hip thrusts with a 200-pound bar across her lap. (She’s always a source of gymspo.) “Here I am bragging,” she says with a laugh as she describes her fitness feats. “But it’s exciting, challenging, and empowering to see what I can do.”

Upton also shared a little bit about her eating habits…

“I eat a lot of protein like chicken and tons of greens. I’m like a female Popeye: I eat so much spinach that it’s insane. I love it with a little bit of cheese drizzled on it – it’s one of my favorites. I always have breakfast because I can’t do a hard workout if I don’t eat. I usually have eggs and spinach beforehand or an omelet with a bunch of veggies in it and maybe a little feta. If I’m at the gym acting like a badass lifting all those weights, it would be pretty embarrassing if I fainted.”

That it would. So there you have it. A little taste of how Kate Upton stays in good enough shape to have landed yet another Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover this year (even if she was a diva…allegedly).

Naturally, because no article featuring Kate Upton would be complete without pictures, Shape magazine took a bunch of them and I have to say, they turned out very well.

Today I realized that I am faced with a conundrum. Am I more envious of Chris Hemsworth, Rickie Fowler or Dustin Johnson?

On one hand, Hemsworth is a freaking Avenger, he’s Thor for cripes’ sake. Bro can also surf and has an awesome wife.

Then there’s Rickie Fowler. He’s a badass professional golfer, owns a ridiculous home, and he too has himself one hell of a woman in his life.

And then there’s DJ. Another guy who not only plays golf for a living, he’s really damn good it. So he too is loaded with cash and, as we all know very well, he’s engaged to the daughter of “The Great One” Paulina Gretzky.

In fact, the two of them are, as I mentioned in the headline, currently on vacation somewhere warm. Here’s proof…

The last couple of times we saw Fergie she was running around having a good time in a bikini – something I would certainly do if I looked like her at 42, and was, you know, a woman. So I guess it makes sense that she’d be perfectly comfortable wearing even less clothing, as in none, to help promote a new album she has coming out soon called Double Dutchess.

I mean, that is how the music industry works now, right? Forget how good your songs are or whether you have a reliable fan base. Instead of counting on those things to sell music you just take off all your clothes or something close to it and voila, sales.

Fergie, being the ultra-savvy music veteran that she is, figured this system out quite awhile ago and was one of the early adopters of this type of musical marketing program.

So there you go, naked = music sales. Got it? Good. Check out her new pictures and then go out and buy some of her music…or something.

Oh, she also posted these videos to help promote her new album along with the pics and I don’t understand them in the slightest either.

That’s right, like it or not (and MANY of you do not), The Big Bang Theory is back for season number 11. Hard to cancel or quit a show that inexplicably was the most watched show in 2016, I guess.

I wonder if the show would still be on after 10 seasons if they had actually went with their original choice to play Penny, Amanda Walsh, instead of Kaley Cuoco. My guess is that it would not. Just a hunch. I say that pretty much because Kaley Cuoco is awesome.

Who else talks about taking their “golden globes” to the Golden Globes? Or has the guts to admit that her boob job was the “best thing I ever did”? It’s that kind of personality that has made her and, ugh, her show so popular.

One other person that has also had a hand in the show’s success is Sheldon Cooper, I mean Jim Parsons. He’s so damn popular that his character is getting it’s own spin-off. And that too is because he has such a great sense of humor, which was put on display when Cuoco decided to post a photo of herself not wearing a shirt on Instagram Wednesday night.

It’s been about eight months since we last checked in on NASCAR star Danica Patrick’s Instagram account. And from the looks of things she is still on that yoga grind showing off her mad skill at doing handstands in odd places.

This time Danica, now 35, pulled off a crazy-looking handstand pose while wearing a bikini on the Jacuzzi her boyfriend, fellow NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., 29, had installed at their home. Reminds me a little bit of when Patrick and her attractive friend whose name I don’t know did similar things on a boat awhile back.

Plus we already know how crazy flexible she is…

Stuff like that is how she’s going to keep that money train a-rollin’ once someone finally figures out that she’s never going actually win a race in NASCAR. She’s already well on her way to being one of those fitness/lifestyle gurus now with books…

As you may or may not recall, a couple of weeks ago I brought to your attention the fact that Carolina Panthers offensive lineman Matt Kalil’s wife Haley Kalil had made it to the final 15 of the 2018 SI Swimsuit model search.

This is the same model search that has seen a few other famous women or women with famous last names or just famous sort of boyfriends in Miss USA 2015 Olivia Jordan, Jasmyn Wilkins and Camille Kostek.

How the powers-that-be at Sports Illustrated will ever be able to pick a winner is beyond me, because I can’t even pick one out of those three let alone the rest of the ladies they’ve had audition.

Heck, just throwing two of my other favorite models Dessie Mitcheson and Kayla Fitz into the mix along with those I already mentioned makes it practically impossible to choose. I mean just look at these videos…

All that being said though, I still think that when Sports Illustrated does finally reveal the models who will be on the roster for SI Swim 2018, 2014 Miss Minnesota Haley Kalil is going to be on that list. And if she’s not, then mistakes have been made.

Once again the internet thinks it has found another celebrity doppelganger. We’ve been through this drill many times before with Scarlett Johansson, Chloe Mortez, Adam Sandler, Angelina Jolie and so on.

This time around it’s a 22-year-old from Mexico named Sofia Solares who looks very similar to one Selena Gomez. Guess what? She also happens to be a big fan of the singer/actress too.

“Yes, I love Selena Gomez and I declare myself a fan of hers and of course it would be a dream to know that she is aware of my existence,” Sofia told E! News exclusively (in quotes translated from Spanish). “If she were to take a few minutes to write something to me—I would cry of happiness!”

Solares isn’t one of those weirdos who because she kind of looks like a celebrity wants to go around impersonating them all the time.

“Honestly, with time I’ve already gotten used to people saying, ‘You look like Selena Gomez,’ wherever I’ve been…It’s not something that I dislike, but I like it better when they love me for being myself,” she explained.

“There are occasions where she can put something on or change her look etc. and when I like something I wear it or I’ll do it because it truly inspires me, but I always try to stay true to myself,” Sofia continued. “I mean, it’s great that I look like her, but I don’t want to lose myself trying to be someone that I’m not!”

McKayla Maroney has been missing on Instagram for over a month now. When most thought the former Olympic gymnast was going down the road of becoming an Instagram model, she curiously deactivated her account weeks ago. But don’t you worry your pretty little faces because Miss Maroney is back on Instagram and posting enticing photos and a video of her dancing.

The 21-year-old two-time vault world champion could not break away from getting the attention on Instagram and followed the video up with some pics.

It’s good to have you back McKayla.
