But today Brittny tried something different to grab some new followers, and that something was posting the before and after photo from her recent nose job. Rather than going in under the knife with anesthesia, Brittny appears to have opted for a procedure that “only took 5 minutes” with “no plastic surgery necessary.” Either way, the results are legit:
