For those of you who are unfamiliar with Victoria’s Secret Angel Josephine Skriver here’s a little crash course.
Skriver is 24-years-old and was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. According to Wikipedia, at the age of 15, Skriver was discovered and approached about her modeling potential while on a trip to New York with her soccer team. Shortly thereafter, she was signed by Unique Models, an international modeling agency based in Copenhagen. She began modeling professionally in 2011 and has walked in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show every year since 2013. In February 2016, she was officially named a Victoria’s Secret Angel.
Oh yeah, she’s also a diehard Oakland Raiders fan.
Why is she a diehard Oakland Raiders fan? Honestly, I am not sure. Maybe the Raiders were big in Denmark?
Anyway, as someone who follows Skriver on Instagram (highly recommended) I can attest that she truly appears to be very into her Raiders. And the latest proof of this fact is a photo she shared over the weekend of what she calls her “Raiders Cave” where I would very much like to watch a football game in at some point in the future.
Let’s see… you’ve got a Howie Long jersey. Nice. A Bo Jackson jersey. Even nicer. And a Latavius Murray jersey? Umm, okay. Ah, here we go, scrolling through comments…and she says, “because he is our friend and this is the jersey he wore in his first nashville game, where we live. ❤️ sweetheart of a guy.” Alrighty then!
