For Halloween, captivating Kendall Jenner dressed as a sexy dominatrix, and I think she pulled it off quite nicely.

While Kendall went with the super sexy Halloween costume, Katy Perry kinda went the opposite. She transformed herself into Hillary Clinton.

A team of makeup artists used prosthetics to change the stunning singer into the pantsuit-wearing Democratic presidential candidate. One of Perry’s friends dressed as Bill Clinton and her boyfriend Orlando Bloom dressed as Donald Trump or one of those troll pencil toppers.

Kendall and Katy were at the same Halloween party and she greeted Hillary by seductively twerking on her.

Kendall had better keep an eye out for Bill Clinton.
